1. Services

Handcrafted Heroes provides:

  • Digital content (PDFs, campaigns, game materials)

  • Physical products (miniatures, boxes, printed materials)

  • Subscription-based content releases

  • One-time purchasable products (one-shots, bundles, expansions)

2. User Account

Some features may require account creation.
Users are responsible for their credentials.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

One-time purchases

  • Grant permanent access to purchased content

  • Digital content is available after payment

Subscriptions

  • Monthly or yearly

  • Content released over time

  • Access valid only while subscription is active

4. Payments

Handled via:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

5. License and Content Usage

All content available on Handcrafted Heroes (including PDFs, game materials, artwork, lore, and systems) is licensed, not sold.

Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use only.

Allowed Use

  • Personal gameplay use

  • Printing materials for private use

Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Share, upload, or distribute content (including PDFs, files, and images)

  • Resell or use content for commercial purposes

  • Modify and redistribute content as your own

  • Create derivative works for sale

Violations

In case of violation:

  • Access may be revoked immediately

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated

  • Legal action may be taken

6. Digital Products

  • Non-refundable after access/download

  • Redistribution is strictly prohibited

7. Physical Products

  • Shipped within 48–72 hours unless stated otherwise

  • Delays may occur due to external factors

8. Refund Policy

  • Subscriptions: non-refundable after activation

  • Digital products: non-refundable after access

  • Physical products: subject to applicable laws

9. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Handcrafted Heroes.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
